The Priority deadline for iWeek event submissions is midnight on Sunday, February 7, 2027

This form is to request a space and/or inclusion to the iWeek advertisement for all iWeek events held by Registered Student Organizations(RSOs), Departments/Offices at George Mason University.

All approved event submissions will be included in the online iWeek calendar and will be shared via social media. We will do our best to include events in printed materials (poster and postcards), but space on print materials is very limited. All responsibilities for the event will be given to the group once the space is allocated through 25Live. The RSO will need to follow through on any steps to confirm the reservation and lo

iWeek Dance Competition

The dance team submission form is due 4pm on Sunday, March 7, 2027, midnight.

Mason’s registered student organizations present dances from around the world in this colorful and lively competition! Come out and support the participating teams and individuals competing in this year’s event.

Required Dance Team Meeting is Tuesday, March 16, 2027, 11am – 2pm. This is a Zoom drop-in meeting (15-20 mins) and team captains must attend. The link to register for the meeting is provided when your team submits the Mason360 iWeek Dance Team form.

Are you a geek? A fan of comic book movies? Enjoy cartoons as an adult? Play video games? Yup, you’re one of us. Geek Week is an annual event that showcases a group of students, staff, faculty and community members that go underrepresented in our university community!

Margaret Horton-Gaskins, African American History and Women, Gender & Sexuality studies, The George Washington University

Join us for an in-depth discussion about how to support black girl gamers! Topics to include racism, sexism, diversity, and inclusion. This is an open discussion for anyone who is interested in having a thoughtful and engaging conversation about how racism and sexism intersect for black girl gamers.

Learn how motion capture works and see how it contributes to making a game.

Learn about building an arcade machine and how it can be used when developing games.

Tickets are $5 for Mason students (Limit 2) and $10 for standard tickets.

Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Center for the Arts ticket office, or at the Student Involvement Office in Hub 2300. 

*Tickets purchased online or by phone will incur a $4 fee per ticket.  This show is intended for an audience aged 18+.
