iWeek Event Requests (Opens Fall 2025)

MASON360 iWeek Event Space/Marketing Request

This form is to request a space or inclusion to the iWeek advertisement for all iWeek events held by George Mason University Registered Student Organizations(RSOs), Departments/Office.

All approved event submissions will be included in the online iWeek calendar and will be shared via social media. We will do our best to include events in printed materials (poster and postcards), but space on print materials is very limited. 

The Priority deadline for iWeek event submissions is noon on January 26, 2026.

iWeek Dance Competition
Center for the Arts, Fairfax Campus
Thursday, April 2, 2026, 7pm – 10pm

The Dance Team Submission Form is due March 2nd at 8am.

Required Dance Team Meeting is Tuesday. March 10, 2026. This is a drop-in meeting and team captains must attend.

Waivers are due Monday, March 23, 2026
