This form is to request a space and/or inclusion to the iWeek advertisement for all iWeek events held by Registered Student Organizations(RSOs), Departments/Offices at George Mason University.
All approved event submissions will be included in the online iWeek calendar and will be shared via social media. We will do our best to include events in printed materials (poster and postcards), but space on print materials is very limited. All responsibilities for the event will be given to the group once the space is allocated through 25Live. The RSO will need to follow through on any steps to confirm the reservation and lo

The dance team submission form is due 4pm on Sunday, March 7, 2027, midnight.
Mason’s registered student organizations present dances from around the world in this colorful and lively competition! Come out and support the participating teams and individuals competing in this year’s event.
Required Dance Team Meeting is Tuesday, March 16, 2027, 11am – 2pm. This is a Zoom drop-in meeting (15-20 mins) and team captains must attend.The link to register for the meeting is provided when your team submits the Mason360 iWeek Dance Team form.
