Become a Vendor at GAMEmason!
Geroge Mason University Student Involvement is excited to invite you to participate as a vendor at GAMEmason 2026!
Now in its 8th year, GAMEmason is George Mason University’s flagship gaming convention. This year, GAMEmason takes place Friday and Saturday, September 18–19, 2026, at the Center for the Arts on George Mason University’s Fairfax campus.
This event hosts two full days of:
- Open play arcades and PC games
- Gaming artists and Illustrators
- Cosplay
- Tabletop Roleplaying Games
- Trading Card Games
- Indie games
- Makerspaces and Learning Labs
- Collegiate and High School Esports tournaments
- Vendors and Artist Fair
- And more!
Attendance increases each year, and we expect to see over 3,000 attendees this year, including students and local gaming fans. The Vendor and Artist Fair will feature a street festival atmosphere directly outside the Center for the Arts, including music, outdoor games, crafts, and other activities.
Sponsor Vendor ($350)
Sponsor vendors will receive a tented 10’x10’ space, a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and guaranteed access to electricity, with placement in a prime location. In addition, sponsor vendors will receive two complimentary tickets to GAMEMason, a 24’x36’ vinyl sponsor banner, and website sponsor listing.
Premium Vendor ($200)
Premium vendors will receive a tented 10’x10’ space with a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and guaranteed access to electricity, with placement in a prime location.
Standard Vendor ($125)
Vendors will receive a 10’x10’ vendor space, a 6’ table, and 2 chairs. A tent is not included. Electricity access is not guaranteed but may be available.
Student Vendor ($25)
Student vendors will receive everything in a standard vendor package. Must be a current George Mason student and register with your G-number.
All prices reflect 2-day participation.

GAMEmason Vendor and Artist Fair Hours:
Friday, September 18 | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, September 19 | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendors may begin setting up on Friday as early as 10:00 AM. Vendors may drive their cars onto the vendor lot and unload directly from their vehicle. All vehicles must be off the lot by 12:30 PM. We will close the lot to vehicles at 12:30 PM for the safety of our vendors and patrons.
Vendors may leave their booths set-up overnight Friday. We will have security guards patrolling the lot to safeguard your inventory. If you choose to tear down your booth, take down will begin at 7:00 PM when the vendor fair closes.
On Saturday, vendors may begin setting up as early as 9:30 AM and all cars must be off the lot by 11:00 AM. Take down on Saturday will begin at 5:00 PM. Vehicles will be allowed on the lot for vendor clean-up.
George Mason requires all vendors on campus to submit a certificate of insurance. The COI must:
-Maintain at a minimum Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and not less than $2,000,000 aggregate
-For high-risk wares (on-skin, ingestible, etc), umbrella insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence
-Provide a certificate of insurance which lists George Mason University as an additionally insured and as the certificate holder
– Provide a signed Vending Sales General Terms of Use Agreement
Parking:
Parking will be available in Lot K and is free. The parking map can be found here: George Mason Parking Map
Equipment:
Vendors who are bringing their own tents must weight the tent on all four legs. If you are bringing a generator, it must be a gasoline generator. On-site electricity is guaranteed for premium and sponsor vendors.
Inclement Weather:
GAMEmason happens rain or shine! However, if unsafe weather conditions are predicted, the organizing committee will determine at least 24 hours in advance if the vendor fair needs to be cancelled.
