Gratitude Project

Cultivate and Express Gratitude! The Well-Being Team will be hosting The Gratitude Project.  Opportunities will be available for students to share what they are grateful for and take a picture to post on social media, grab a cup of hot chocolate, and then express gratitude to others. Students can clip their notes to clothespins hung on yarn between the trees. De-Stress Fest

DeStress Fest is an annual tradition where several offices from across campus get together to provide fun, STRESS free events before Finals Week kicks in. We hope this provides you with opportunities to relax and have fun before the end of the semester. De-Stress Fest happens each semester during the last week of classes. Well-Being Day

Well-Being Day is a university-wide event held on North Plaza! During the event, students will be able to enhance several aspects of their well-being by enjoying massage chairs, creating a community painting, oxygen bar, and much more! With healthy food options from Sodexo, a trail mix bar, a produce station, and smoothies!  You don’t want to miss out on Well-Being Day! [Further details for the Spring 2017 event are coming soon!]

Spring Into Well-Being

George Mason Unviersity hosts its annual Spring Into Well-Being every year over the course of several weeks with a variety of engagement opportunities and events across campus. All Spring Into Well-Being events are FREE and open to the public! Last year’s focus was on Six Days / Six Domains of Well-Being! These events highlighted some of the well-being programs, activities, and resources available to the Mason community that help build individual and collective capacities for increased vitality, purpose, resilience, and engagement.
