RSO Leadership Team
The Registered Student Organization (RSO) area is responsible for providing organizations with leadership opportunities through various workshops and trainings.The RSO Leadership Team (RSO Lead Team) is made up of experienced student leaders selected to serve as a resource and advocates for their peers. The mission of the RSO Lead Team is to promote collaboration among student organizations while facilitating the development, maintenance, and transitions of RSOs. The RSO Lead Team is also responsible for assessing and meeting the needs of RSOs, to serve as liaisons to RSOs on behalf of the Office of Student Involvement, and keep RSOs up-to-date on the latest involvement opportunities, policies and procedures.

My name is Julie Palmer and I am so excited to serve you and your organizations as the Chair of the RSO Leadership Team! I will be working primarily with special interest RSOs, but I am on the team to learn more about all student orgs and improve their experience in the Mason community. Hi my name is Rachel Gardinier. I am really looking forward to being part of the RSO Leadership Team to help and assist all the organizations on campus. There are many fascinating organizations on campus this year and I cannot wait to learn more about each one. All of you have so much to offer and bring so much to the George Mason family. Hi! My name is Tahsin Khan, I am a junior here at Mason and am studying Conflict Analysis & Resolution. This will be my first year on the RSO Leadership Team and part of Student Involvement. I was very intrigued and impressed by the RSO Lead Team last year, which is partly why I wanted to join the team this year. I am very excited to be part of the team and to assist RSOs to the best of my ability. I am very much looking forward to work with RSOs this year.
Hi, my name is Amanda Herbert and I am a senior at Mason. I am pursuing a degree in Community Health with concentration in Global Health. I am extremely excited to be a new member of the RSO Lead Team! I truly love the spirit and involvement that Mason students embody.
